Electric engine control unit and the engine is disassembled. The manufacturer of the Electric engine control unit has tested it and says it ok. They think the problem is in the engine. The auxiliary heater is diesel powered.
There is a small AC for the passenger compartment (It is small because it falls below the limit for doing periodic AC checks on it).
